What sets Purple Touch apart
Purple Touch wasn't created to teach techniques alone. It was created to teach how to truly sense the body, its tension, emotions and nervous system through touch.
Yes, you'll learn a 60-minute and a 90-minute flow. Each has a clear structure, steps and sequence. But it's not about blindly following a routine.
The structure is there so the touch settles into your hands and a foundation forms. Only then does the real work begin — listening to the body, reading the nervous system, sensing emotion and responding in real time.
Nervous system
You'll learn to read the state of the client's nervous system and adapt your touch to what the body needs in the moment.
Fascial work
A deep understanding of fascia and its role in holding tension, emotion and physical discomfort.
Conscious touch
Every movement is guided with full presence. You'll gain not only technique, but your own therapeutic style and confidence in touch.
