What makes Purple Touch different
Purple Touch was not created simply to teach techniques. It was created to teach you how to truly perceive the body, tension, emotions and the nervous system through touch.
Yes, you will learn a 60-minute and a 90-minute flow, each with a clear structure, steps and sequence. But this is never about following a routine blindly.
The structure is there so that touch becomes second nature in your hands — so a foundation is laid. Only then does the real work begin: listening to the body, reading the nervous system, sensing emotions and responding in real time.
Nervous System
You will learn to read the state of your client's nervous system and adapt your touch to what the body needs in that moment.
Fascia Work
A deep understanding of fascia and its role in holding tension, emotions and physical discomfort.
Conscious Touch
Every movement is guided with full presence. You will learn not only the technique, but your own therapeutic style and confidence in touch.
