Sabina Dos
Since 2012, Sabina Dos has devoted herself to studying the human body, movement and the relationship between physical tension, emotions and the nervous system. Over the years she has drawn on many approaches to bodywork — from sports and lymphatic massage to myofascial techniques, Chinese cupping and the traditional Māori practice of Rōmi Rōmi. Her training is further inspired by Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and other methods focused on the body's natural regeneration.
Purple Touch® grew naturally out of these experiences. The method unites precise tissue work, a deep understanding of the human body and an individual approach that honours the uniqueness of every person.
"When touch becomes a conscious intention, it gains true power."
The body remembers our life — tension, breath, strain and experience. Conscious bodywork helps us understand where tension has built up and supports a return to balance.
