Reservation & Cancellation
At Purple Touch, each session is thoughtfully prepared to offer you the highest level of care. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking:
1. Booking & Payment
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- Payment is due on the day of your treatment, unless arranged otherwise.
- Certain treatments or longer bookings may require a 50% deposit in advance to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of your session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To provide the best possible service and allow others the opportunity to book, we ask that you:

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

No-shows will also be charged the full session fee.

If you cancel between 25–72 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule your treatment, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond their original duration, and the full session fee still applies.
4. Health & Well-Being
Before your treatment, you'll be asked to complete a consultation form. Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious symptoms, please contact us to reschedule. Your health and ours are a shared priority.
5. Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or think you may be, kindly let us know at the time of booking so that we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
6. Data Protection
The PurpleTouch™ Massage was created from years of hands-on experience and personal healing. It's designed to help you deeply relax, release stress from your body, and reconnect with yourself. Every session supports your physical and emotional well-being in a gentle, thoughtful way.
