With my background in bodywork and psychosomatics, each reading goes beyond the mental understanding of your chart.
We explore how your design actually lives in your body — how your energy moves, where it gets blocked, and how awareness can bring it back into flow.

This approach helps you connect your Human Design with real experience — your breath, emotions, and daily rhythm.
It's not only about understanding yourself, but about feeling aligned with who you truly are.

The Experience

Your session can take place online or in person (in Lecce).

We begin with a short conversation about your life, followed by a personal reading of your chart.
You'll receive:

  • A 90 minute private session with Sabina

  • A summary PDF with your key insights and practical steps

  • Optional recording of your reading

The first session usually focuses on understanding your personal design — your energy type, strategy, and core themes.

Later sessions can go deeper into specific areas such as:

  • relationships and emotional patterns

  • work, career, and creativity

  • family dynamics or parenting

  • or current life decisions you are navigating

There is always space for your questions — every session is a dialogue, not a lecture.
You are invited to bring your curiosity, reflections, or specific situations you'd like to explore.

Pricing

  • Personal Reading (first session) – 160 EUR (90 min session + PDF summary + optional recording)

  • Follow-Up Session – 140 EUR (for deeper focus on relationships, work, or other areas)
