Purple Touch is more than a method — it's a philosophy of presence and transformation.
Each session is a dialogue between the body and soul — guided by intuition, breath, and conscious touch.
The method was born from years of exploring how emotions live in the body, and how through touch, we can release and realign what words cannot express.
Sabina Dos - Founder
Since 2012, Sabina has been exploring the human body and the language of emotions — studying how physical patterns mirror our inner world.
Her journey led her through multiple healing traditions — from sports and lymphatic massage to Chinese cupping, fascia release, and traditional Māori Rōmi Rōmi healing.
Along the way, she immersed herself in Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and holistic therapies, always seeking the meeting point between science and spirituality.
Each of these paths revealed the body not as a mechanical structure, but as a map of memory, energy, and emotion.
From this understanding, the Purple Touch Method was born — a bridge between technique and intuition, science and ritual, body and soul.
The Origin – Lecce Studio
The first Purple Touch Studio was founded in Lecce, Southern Italy — a place where Mediterranean light and calm inspired the essence of the method.
Each detail — scent, sound, and rhythm — reflects the harmony between nature and touch.
From here, the Purple Touch philosophy continues to grow — expanding worldwide through training, collaborations, and the Purple Touch Academy.
